Thorne Manor is a charming old house offering quality bed and breakfast accommodation near Wellington, Somerset - somewhere special to stay.

Thorne Manor is listed in the Doomsday Book, and later referred to on ancient maps as "ruins of Manor House". Thorne Manor was probably once a small dower house for our neighbouring Cothay Manor.

Much of the house dates from the early 16C, and with its inglenook fireplaces, beamed ceilings and prolific history, it offers visitors a wealth of old-world charm, quiet and comfort. All our rooms are spacious and most comfortable with superior furnishings. Guest accommodation comprises a very large double/twin room (en-suite), and lounge with TV - both overlook the courtyard.
